A feeling of refinement in Clarendon
Lyon Village is pretty much the quintessential unicorn that everyone is looking for when they de-scribe life in Northern Virginia. A beautiful, close-in, commuter-friendly, well-established beacon of charm and character that has parks, art, and adorable, manicured homes. With this "unicorn" comes a price! Some people have even come to say that Lyon Village now feels almost exclusive because of the price points, however, it is what the market will bear. Historically, Lyon Village was a dairy farm in the late 1800’s and was later parceled out into home sites in the 1920s. Now, a thriving, precious community complete with a lovely gated children’s park and even flanked by dog parks, Lyon Village is situated right on the Orange Line, and offers Northern Virginian’s easy access for commuter friendly and park friendly access to living. If you work out, dine out, go out and need to get around, Lyon Village and the lovely storybook homes will probably be homes to take a look at. From Craftsman to Bungalows and Cape Cod's, Lyon Village is fairly eclectic in the architectural styling.
