Day 6: Will people really pay 1MM for a townhouse?
Short answer: Yes. In Northern Virginia, even without the inventory shortage, people are buying townhomes in the 800-1mm range. Whether there are elevator ready or not as long as they have the location, general amenities and proximity to what the buyer is looking for, i.e. flexible interior space, great kitchen design, good parking options and access to green space, if there are more amenities, yes.
